The Sailaway Logbook 2010 The objective of our logbook is to document our travels and experiences, allowing our family and friends (both of them!) to keep up to date with our progress. Our aim is to see "the real countries" as we travel, staying away from the heavily commercialised areas when ever possible. We bring in the 2010 New Year in Cagliari (Sardinia), our winter berth. Last Spring, Sailaway was hauled out, cleaned down and anti fouled ready for the journey south to Tunisia. We are quite surprised at the growth on the hull during our stationary months. We plan a couple of day sails before heading south to Tunisia, hopefully "to clean her bottom". The aim is then to head east towards to Malta, from there, turn north to Sicily making for Greece and Turkey.
